David C's first song was by far the best performance of the night. Second best was David A's first song. And so it goes . . . dueling Davids in the final two!
I was a bit surprised that all three contestants made really bad song selections. The producers did no better. The winners for best song selection of the night goes to . . . Randy, Paula and Simon. :)

ReplyDeleteHi Annie, Yay! I didn't watch the show last night but read the results this morning and I'm so happy. Last year it should've been Melinda and Jordan in the finals (sorry all you Blake Lewis fans). So this year America got it right!

Hi Kathy, I fell asleep during the show and missed the announcement but got up this morning and found the news. Yes, I agree with you that they did get it right this year. I didn't think Blake should have made the Final Two last year, actually I thought Melinda and Lakisha were both better than Jordan! But this year seems like the right two guys. It's going to be fun to see what happens.

Hi Annie, I think it is a real toss up which David will win. It seems that they both have a really strong fan base and are equally talented. I sort of think David C has a slight edge but that's probably because I am biased.
