Climate Change is Real!

Climate change is real! I saw first hand clear signs of the danger the world is facing when I saw the receding Glaciers in Patagonia, Argentina.

Although, America's so-called President has withdrawn from the Paris Climate Accord and continues to deny climate change, local US cities and states, individual private citizens, corporate America and the majority of world leaders remain committed and are in this fight together to save our planet for ourselves and for our future generations.

The world is fully aware that the United States of America President Donald Trump does NOT represent the majority of Americans who remain in this fight to save our planet.

Saturday's PhotoHunting: City Hall

I took this photo just outside of my office.  It is Los Angeles City Hall, a place where city leaders who are elected into office make decisions that are supposed to take care of us.  So why aren't they?

Recently I stumbled upon a Youtube video (2008) of a very articulate 12 year old girl giving a speech at a United Nations Conference on Environment and Development.  If you haven't already seen this Youtube video, I urge you to watch it.  This girl took these UN leaders to school!  Her speech (or plea) was very impressive and more important, it was the truth!

Some might say . . . well that is just one speech and nothing has improved since she made it.  But change just doesn't happen overnight.  It takes hard work, it takes commitment, it takes a great leader with an open mind and it definitely takes more than 4 years.

Let's keep it going 4 more years so we can create a world that 12 year olds all over the world can look forward to.
