Saturday's PhotoHunting: Architecture (Building)

 From the top . . .

From a bridge . . .

From the side . . .

Looking up . . .

And during mass . . .

From all points of view, the Maria della Salute Church in Venice, Italy has my heart!

To see more PhotoHunters, you can visit Gattina's Kehole Pictures website HERE!

  1. The buildings are beautiful in Venice, also the old houses. I have been there several times because it's not so far away from where my husband's family lives.

  2. Wonderful shots of the beautiful architecture.

  3. Hi Gattina, you are so lucky to have family who lives near to Venice. I have been lucky to visit 3 times to Venice and I hope to one day visit again and just walk around and take photos.

Carver, thanks for liking my photos. Venice is lovely and beautiful City and I could spend days and weeks taking photos of Venice.

Thanks so much for your comments. Have a wonderful weekend.

  4. Kathy, I love these photos! This church is so amazing - even with the restoration scaffolding on it, it still looked so majestic and beautiful.

Ahh Venice! Hope you have a great weekend!

  5. Hi Annie, thanks so much for your comments and for liking my photos. Yes I agree with you that the Salute is amazing even with the scaffolding. Beautiful and majestic is a great way to describe her.

Hope you have a great weekend too!

  6. We spent a week in Venice in 2004 and had such a good time. Love your photos!

  7. Hi Jackie/Jake, thanks so much for liking my photos. I was in Venice last in 2007 and loved my time there. Even had a bit of aqua alta. :)
