PhotoHunt: Numerical

The numerical order of time . . . .

I took this photo while exploring the Golden Lane (Prague Experience) inside of the Prague Castle in the Czech Republic. It was a cute collection of miniature clocks with time displayed in both numbers and roman numerals. I was so tempted to bring one home. :)

That's a cool photo and those little clocks are adorable. It would be hard to pick just one of them. Great take on this difficult theme. Happy weekend!

Hi Annie, thanks so much for liking my take and photo. Yes, these miniature clocks are adorable and it took great will power to resist. But I'm glad I didn't have to make a choice because like you said it would be hard to pick just one.

Have a great weekend too.

Hi M, thanks so much for your comments. I probably would've ended up with two if I did shop for one of these cute clocks. I decided to window shop instead. :) Glad you liked my photo and take. Have a nice relaxing day today.

Just saw your photo of the month - not sure how long it's been up -- do you have your 'travelling pants' on again?

Trekcapri said...

Hi M, :) Yes, I do have my Traveling pants on and they are heading in the direction of Amsterdam, Bruges, and Berlin. I haven't posted on here yet because superstitious me wants to wait until the ultimate trip confirmation is made (purchasing my airline tickets). I've posted on my travel pages just to get started and to work on logistics and time so I'll know what tickets to get.

I read your packing light thread on ST, so I'm sure you're leaving soon? Have a wonderful trip to Italy. Make sure to enjoy some yummy gelato for us back home. :)

Travel pages? Sounds exciting, you lucky woman! Any particular reason, person?

Have you seen Colin Farrell in In Bruges?

Hi M, actually a co-worker of mine who loved to travel, once told me that I should visit the Netherlands. I've been to Amsterdam on an overnight with a tour group once years ago on my first trip to Europe but I can't remember much of that trip so I thought it would be cool to visit again and take my time. And when I discovered how close it was to Berlin I decided that I wanted to visit there too. I remember reading Shannon's blog a couple of years ago and have had it on my list for awhile now. I decided on Bruges strangely enough because of this youtube that was posted on ST from Antwerp station with a song from the Sound of Music and that made me learn about Belgium. The waffles are enticing too. :) I think these places will be very interesting and fun to see and I'm pretty excited. I have not seen Colin Farrell in Bruges. Is that a movie? I'll have to check out the Netflix library to see if they have it and other films that might be interesting to watch before my trip. I remember how watching Local Hero that Annie recommended and Volver and Mar Adentro that Sandra & Maria recommended helped me with Scotland and Spain. Definitely the more fun part of trip planning.

Thanks so much for your comments. Hope you have a great day today.
