The cream was very nice to keep it moist. I just used a couple of drops so it wouldn't get too moist. <br /><br />My weekend was a little busy but I was off today. But instead of resting, I had the brilliant (not so) idea of making the next three SSB recipes since I might be too busy to cook my dishes before I leave. Well, I'm so exhausted, but the good news is I think all my dishes came out pretty good. I put them on scheduled post and now I'm all set! :)<br /><br />I'm just so bummed that I'm going to miss your potato week when I'm in Scotland.
